Symptoms coffee intolerance is expressed:

In addition to the already mentioned trembling, sweating and nausea, symptoms such as diarrhea, increased pulse, frequent urination, heartburn (one has to strike sour), nervousness, insomnia or sleep disorders and a “nervous stomach” can lead to a coffee intolerance or an excessive amount of coffee. If the dose is correspondingly high, psychotic symptoms can occur due to a higher dopamine level in people with the appropriate predisposition. In a milder form with rising body warmth, nervousness or especially cheerful mood, one speaks of the coffee exchange.

The difference between coffee intolerance and caffeine intolerance:

Anyone who is generally sensitive to caffeine should also have problems with black tea, cola drinks, and green tea. (Colas can nevertheless serve as a coffee substitute, see an article on Coca-Cola .) Anyone who wants to have clarity about the cause of his symptoms, such as the, a kinesiologist help with a simple muscle testing.

Sometimes suffers from coffee intolerance, on other days but can drink coffee without having symptoms?

The diamine oxidase level is lower in women with PMS in the second cycle than in the first half cycle. Caffeine also blocks the enzyme diamine oxidase (alcohol and some medications, by the way). In order to avoid complaints about coffee intolerance, PMS sufferers should restrict their coffee consumption. It needs in the second half of the year. This is, of course, easier said than done, as a certain dependence on caffeine occurs with regular coffee drums.

People with histamine intolerance do not have an unbalanced ratio from the important enzyme diamine oxidase (DAO), or between DAO and biogenic amines. Many of the people affected by this syndrome suffer from generalized coffee intolerance since the caffeine blocks the DAO and the coffee itself contains biogenic amines, which require digestion of the enzyme DAO due to the molds found in the cleanest coffee powder.

These people tend to be infectious to coffee intolerance:

Not only for women with PMS or histamine intolerance, but also for people with blood type 0. The latter should basically avoid coffee after the blood group diet. Why? Because since they already have sufficient stomach acid and additional coffee could harm the stomach. Also, people who tend to be insomnia or nervous should rather dispense or dispense with coffee.
