Special fats in butter and coconut oil are responsible for the slimming effects: so-called MCTs, which are medium-chain fatty acids. Conclusion:

The few MCTs of butter and coconut oil in the coffee will hardly be able to align the weight screw. On some websites it is therefore recommended to take pure MCT fats instead of coconut oil. They are made artificially for people with certain digestive disorders. You get the fats in the form of oil or margarine in the reform house or online (eg from Ceres ). But even the pure MCTs should not melt the pounds as long as you do not pay attention to your diet and exercise.
